Bexley Public Library Auditorium
The BPL Auditorium may be reserved by goverment and non-profit groups for civic, cultural, or educational meetings when it is not being used for a library activity.

A flip chart is also available for use.
Projector & Screen
A projector and screen are available for video presentation via a HDMI connection.
Microphones
Wired microphones are available for use upon request.
Sound System & DVD Player
The auditorium sound system and a DVD/Blu-ray Player are available to patrons for use upon request.
Laptop PC
A laptop PC is available to patrons for use during their meetings to assist with their presentations. The laptop is on Windows 10 and comes with Microsoft Office. Please check with library staff prior to meeting on laptop status.
Auditorium Use Policy
No fees may be charged and all meetings must be open to the public.
Confirmation from the library must be received by the requesting organization before a request can be considered scheduled.
The individual or group reserving a meeting room will be responsible for the order and conduct of the group and for any loss or damage to library property.
Meetings in the auditorium are limited to a maximum of 50 participants.
Groups can schedule use of the auditorium no more than once per month, up to 60 days in advance with a minimum of 24-hours notice.
Set-up in the auditorium is the responsibility of the group using the space. Users are responsible for cleaning up and returning the room to its pre-use condition before leaving.
If you would like to see the auditorium before your meeting date, you must make an appointment by calling (614) 231-9709. Drop-in requests to see the auditorium may not be accommodated
Groups must vacate the room 15 minutes before the library closes and are responsible for clean-up and returning the room to its original setup. Not doing so, damaging library property, or other destructive or inappropriate behavior will result in loss of the meeting rooms and/or library privileges, as determined by the supervisor.
The BPL Patron Code of Conduct applies and must be observed while using the rooms.
By reserving our auditorium or study rooms, you are agreeing to our Meeting Room Policy.
