Volunteering at Bexley Public Library (BPL) is a rewarding and valuable experience. As a volunteer, you will work with BPL staff members to help support the mission of Bexley Public Library: to enlighten, inspire, and empower our community through trustworthy resources and extraordinary service. Volunteers at BPL make a difference!
Anyone at least 18 years of age who is interested in volunteering at Bexley Public Library can start the process by filling out this Adult Volunteer Application and returning it to Bexley Public Library, or apply online using the form below. Not all Volunteer Opportunities are available at all times.
Material Assistance Volunteers: Help the Public Service staff by pulling library materials to fulfill patron hold requests as well as straightening material collections.
Programming Volunteer: Provide programming support by helping with set up and tear down for various library events.
Local History Volunteer: Digitize documents for BPL’s Local History collection, material preservation.
