Join us for a Bexley Candidates Night on National Voter Registration Day! Meet the 2023 candidates for Bexley’s City Council and School Board. Mayor Ben Kessler will also be available to answer your questions. This event is hosted in partnership with a variety of local community groups, including the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce, Bexley Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Bexley Minority Parent Alliance (BMPA), Eliminating Racism In Bexley Schools (ERIBS), Bexley Pride, Bexley Coalition of Equitable Policing (BCEP), the South Bexley Neighborhood Association, Bexley City Schools Special Education PTO, the League of Women Voters, and Bexley Public Library.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
