Learn how to meet the challenges that new businesses owners face from attorney Kevin Rouch, President of the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce. From choosing the kind of entity for your business, to understanding the legal issues involved with hiring employees, negotiating a lease, and protecting your products and ideas, Kevin will provide insights into the best practices for small business start-ups.
Kevin Rouch, a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, has been an attorney in Ohio for more than 37 years. As part of his practice, he has represented small businesses in almost all aspects of their operations and run businesses himself. In addition, Kevin is the President of the Bexley Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also the former Theater Director of the Drexel Theatre in Bexley. A native of Zanesville, Kevin and his wife, Carol, live in Grandview Heights and have four grown children. Their youngest, Oliver, is a graduate of Capital University.

Bexley Public Library was founded in 1924 and first housed in Bexley High School, now Montrose Elementary School. The present building opened in 1929 and was designed by architects O.C. Miller and R.R. Reeves who drew upon French and Italian architecture from the 17th century for the design.
The library is located at 2411 East Main Street, at the intersection of East Main Street and Cassady Avenue. Parking is available in our parking lot on Euclaire Avenue and in front of the library on Main Street. Main Street is a No Parking Tow Zone from 4:00-6:00 p.m. weekdays.
